General Description
COA6000 series Optical Access Device products are developed as the aggregation equipment based on the MoCA. Its main function is to convert and transmit data signals at 800~1500MHz frequency band by OFDM method and combine it with low-frequency CATV signals in one coaxial cable. COA6000 transforms the existing directional broadcasting CATV network to a bi-directional, wide bandwidth and digital access infrastructure for the applications of multimedia service.

Installation
COA6000 series products are installed together with CATV Optical node. COA6000 modulates the baseband data service to 800~1500MHz and combines it with CATV service from CATV Optical Node on lower frequency band in one coaxial cable by a diplexer.COA6000 also provide a 10/100/1000Base-T network interface to access to internet by data access network as G/E-PON, Optical Ethernet, ATM, etc. Depends on the required bandwidth and the number of subscribers in different environment, COA6000 could be deployed just only one unit or many units.

Compatibility
The high-band frequency 800~1500MHz that COA6000 series products operate will not interfere the existing technology, such as CATV, DVB-C and DOCSIS. It will protect the existing investment of customer.

QOS
COA6000 series products use TDMA/TDD multiplexing method and support IEEE802.1p priority queues. It possessed low jitter and network latency, so the QOS of multimedia application can be ensured well.

Management
COA6000 series products support HTTPS and SNMP. It provides user bandwidth control, centralized user access management, MAC authentication and remote firmware upgrade.

Flexibility
COA6000 series products take advantage of modular design, supporting two RF modules at most, whose data rate can up to 270Mbps. COA6000 are powered by either 60VAC or 220VAC power source and can integrated with diplexer. It supports star or tree topology to provide the most flexibility while deployment for different environment.

Reliability
COA6000 series products are designed with high reliability by selecting industry-grade components, low noise frequency band, waterproof aluminum housing and two-level fault recovery mechanism.

Security
COA6000 series products support DES encryption and MAC layer isolation.
